For Verifiers

Digital credential verification you can trust

Employers, universities, and licensing boards verify Credverse credentials in seconds — one link confirms the issuer, the recipient, and that the credential is still valid.

Why online verification matters

Cuts the manual work

No more emailing registrars, chasing PDFs, or squinting at scanned seals. A verifier opens one link and gets a machine-checkable answer in milliseconds.

Stops forged certificates

A screenshot proves nothing. A signed credential cannot be altered without breaking its proof — forgery becomes mathematically detectable.

How employers and universities verify on Credverse

The flow is the same whether you are a hiring manager checking a candidate’s certification or an admissions officer confirming a prior qualification.

  1. 01

    Open the verify link

The holder shares a link like /verify/<hash>. It loads a public verification page with no login required.

  2. 02

    Read the trust signals

The page shows the credential, the issuing organization, the issue date, and a live verification status — active or revoked.

  3. 03

    Confirm cryptographically

For automated checks, the same data is available as signed JSON-LD at /api/verify/<hash>.

What a Credverse credential proves

Cryptographic signature

Every credential is signed with Ed25519 and tied to the issuer’s did:web identity. A single altered byte breaks the signature.

Live revocation status

A W3C status list reports whether a credential is still active — without exposing any other holder’s data.

Issuer identity

The issuing organization is resolved from its own domain, so you can see exactly who stands behind the credential.

No account needed

Verification is fully public. Open the link, read the proof — no sign-up, no login, no API key required.
